A not so Big Suprise...now

Well I happened to decide to visit my blog page to catch up on some friends accounts. I was sickened to find I have yet to post our big news that everyone already knows about. WE ARE HAVING ANOTHER BABY... OH ITS A BOY!!!!!! I am 22 weeks today and I have already failed this kid as a mother by not sharing my news with the world. Ha or at least my blog. I am due Oct 27th and we are most definitely having a boy. Lets just say this little one was not shy for the ultrasound tech.

We are so excited to have a new little guy around. Kamron is very excited and is already acting like a great big brother. he blows on my belly and tells me a secret all the time "there's a baby in my belly". He Is so willing to let this baby share his room and toys and clothes. I am a little realistic and know that when tha baby does come it might all change.

I had my ultrasound at about 19 weeks and 5 days and everything looked good with the baby. My placenta is in the front so I don't feel (or didn't know I was felling) baby for a long time. This was really nerve racking because I felt Kam at like 16wks. Now knowing where I can fell him I realize I felt him between 17 and 18 weeks. I still cants feel him in the very front but i can in by back sides and top of my belly and he is sure getting stronger every day.

I am getting a little nervous about having two and being able to be a good mom to both. I worry about not loving them the same and not being able to divide my time up when I already feel like I have none. I am sure it will all work out in the end.

I am 99% positive we will name baby boy 2 Jaxton Allen Lish. Allen after my Dad! We, well I, have loved the name since i had kam but I don't think Garrett was as keen on it yet and Kamron was just a Kamron.

Anyways I have also realized I have not taken one pregnancy pic.... and really who wants to? But I will try to remember and get one posted in the next couple days. I feel huge, of course, and I swear I was showing at 8 weeks.

Anyways we are all supper excited and we can not wait to kiss his sweet little face!

Mommy, WOW! I'm a Big Kid Now!!

Potty Training! Maybe if you don't have kids yet or you do and haven't gotten to this stage yet it may seem like a dreadful word combo! I know I was terrified. I also know we have been trying to get our little man potty trained for months and months and months!! Kamron has used the potty for a long time and has shown interest in it and definite signs of being ready. However, getting him to fully commit to is and to pull him away from what he is doing for long enough to use the potty has been a long and painful process. Kamron has been in pull-ups for probably 4 months! Let me tell you that is 3months and 3 weeks too long!!! I had finally reaching my "breaking point" I was buying pull-ups for both grandparents, daycare, and of course home. Not to mention just ready for him to be big boy!

SO a few weeks ago I was in Twin Falls visiting my sister and we stopped at Barnes and Nobles SO I could try and find this Potty Training Boot camp book that a teacher at Kamrons day care was telling me about. As luck would have it they didn't have in the store only online. Well I bought a A book Called "Toilet Training in Less than a Day" and then Kamron's teacher brought me her printed E book of Potty Training Bootcamp (http://www.thepottybootcamp.com/buy-now.html). I used a couple theories out of the 1st and most everything out of the second. Really the principals were the same.

We started last Saturday And the 1st thing we did was take off his pull-up and had him trow away his pull-ups (I saved them I mean come on I am not going to toss 40$ worth of pull-ups out the door). Anyways I wish I would have had 3 days straight with him but I only took two. WE did nothing next weekend except potty Training. And Daycare actually did pretty good to help me out thanks to the teacher who lent me the book. It was nice because she knew what we had been doing!

We, Kamron, I, and Daycare, have definatley used the pull-ups as a crutch and I really needed to just get them out of my house!

Kamron Has done great he only had one real accident and pee'd the bed twice. The other couple of accidents were when he was in the process of running to the bathroom.

Yesterday was the 1st day we ran errands and He did great! No accidents at all and he was dry this morning! I am so proud!!!!! Oh and so relieved!
